Our Purpose

The Devonshire Estates Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit organization formed to represent the interests of the residents of the Devonshire Estates Community in Bowie, Maryland.
The Purpose of this site is to deliver timely information to Devonshire residents and to collect input on issues that impact us all.

Mission Statement

  • To protect the property values of the East Hampton Estates Homeowners Association
  • To serve as a focal point for maintenance and the upkeep of the common areas and property of the community
  • To encourage and promote community pride in our neighborhood by providing a forum for neighborhood activity.
  • To provide the neighborhood with an effective communication link with local government officials and other influential groups.
  • To encourage and promote the involvement of membership participation in the decision making process that directs the neighborhood association's actions.

About This Site

This site is operated by the East Hampton Community HOA for the Devonshire Estates community.  Its purpose is to promote communication of important information to community members. 

Registration Benefits

Registered users can gain access to areas of this site restricted to East Hampton HOA community members.  All residents are encouraged to fill out the on-site registration form.

Posting Events

Residents are encouraged to post upcoming events on-line.  In some cases, postings must be approved before being displayed.  Only registered residents may post events.

Management Agent

Our Bylaws and Covenants prevent us from self managing.  We are required to have a management company that handles day to day business of the association.
