The initial consultation includes an initial assessment, evaluation, and wellness recommendations. The initial consultation generally runs from 90 minutes to two hours and can be divided into two or three separate segments. Follow-up appointments run from 30 minutes to one hour. Urine, blood, and saliva testing are offered for more comprehensive evaluations and recommendations. Ten ½-hour weekly coaching packages are also available, which include a personalized implementation plan, reframing skills, motivational fostering, success strategies, overcoming roadblocks, ruts, and family rebellion, addressing special personal issues and challenges, and more. . Custom programs, presentations, workshops, seminars, and lectures are also available.
